Systems I still get called about.
Most of my work has the same shape: data that has to be correct, permissions that have to hold, and an audit trail somebody will eventually read properly. The interesting part is rarely the feature — it's what the system is still able to do three years after everyone who built it has moved on.
- Nine years on a single pharmaceutical research platform for a US client — permissions, audit, and configurable data schemas under real regulatory weight.
- Two platforms for Red Bull North America: an offline-first distributor incentive system and an automated scoring and benchmarking programme.
- A four-layer permissions model and a system-wide audit trail, both designed early and still in production years later.
- Production AI features on FastAPI and the OpenAI API — response streaming, prompt architecture, and conversation state kept out of the UI.
